More model informationPeriod: Roman Empire. This is an example of sesquipedale Roman brick and it’s typical of Gallia Cisalpina. This type of brick is called ‘manubriato’ for the handle on the top. Near to the handle it’s possible to see a few circular signs. These marks are probably related to the tool used to make the handle. These architectonical elements were mainly used to build the structures like archways or similar forms. The model has been realized by Gruppo Archeologico Torinese.
