Russian chebeque Minerva3D Model
The xebec was a novel Mediterranean variation on both the galley and frigate. It was smaller than the archipelago frigate, had oars for rowing, and a morphable rig. A hybrid, mobile ship similar to the Swedish Pojama (Pohjanmaa) and Udema (Uusimaa) classes, numerous chebeques took part in the Second Battle of Svensksund on the Russian side. Minerva was captured during the battle and drawings were made by Swedish naval architects.
