More model informationRutiodon (“Wrinkle tooth”) is an extinct mystriosuchine phytosaur from the Triassic Period. This Phytosaur (crocodile) was 3-8m long and had nostrils positioned far back on the head near the eyes, instead of at the tip of the snout. It was a carnivore and probably caught fish and some land animals fnear the water. Also, like modern crocodiles, it had rows of bony armored plates.
