Sai (釵) is a piercing bladed weapon of the stiletto type, externally similar to a trident with a short shaft (maximum one and a half palm widths) and an elongated middle prong. It is considered a traditional weapon for the people of Okinawa (Japan) and is one of the main types of Kobudo weapons.
