a house, slowly sinking ~

for a long time I’ve wanted to 3D capture an entire house. I decided to use this challenge as an opportunity to do that. 1700 photographs were captured for this photogrammetry based composition. after dozens of failures and much trial and error I was able to assemble the scene I’d envisioned.

inspired by ghost-towns in the Namib desert, and the abandoned beach houses I’ve discovered while exploring the East Coast of the US. I’m eager to scan more places like this in the future.
