SARB-J shipwreck

The remains of the wrecked trawler SARB-J. She was forced onto the rocks just north of Robin Hood’s Bay, North Yorkshire, in January 1994, and has sat there since. I visited the site in July 2019 and found these sorry-looking remains. Locals report she has been gradually salvaged over the years, but access to the site is hard so this section of her amidships survives. The main engine compartment and a portion of port hull and keel are all that really remains.
