The M. Stalker was a 135′ schooner built in 1863 named for her first captain, Malcolm Stalker. She sank in a collision November 5, 1886 with the barge Muskoka, which was being towed by the propeller Isaac May. No lives lost. The wreck lies in 85’ of water east of the Mackinaw Bridge in the Straits of Mackinaw in Lake Huron.
