More model informationThis is a micro-CT scan of an extinct fish called Scombramphodon sheppeyensis from the London Clay. This was found by Fred Clouter on the North Coast of the Isle of Sheppey, England. This is a large, pyritic skull so I’ve had to reduce the file size heavily, hence the low polygon count and smoothed surfaces. If you are interested in a higher resolution file, please contact me via my website www.palaeo-art.com. This CT scan was produced with the team at NeoJurassica and the Yorkshire Natural History Museum (Sheffield). To find out more about London Clay fish, please visit www.londonclayfossils.com.
