More model informationThis three roomed slab hut was constructed in 1890 by Thomas Scott, near Merimbula on the south coast of New South Wales Australia. It is of bush post and beam construction with sapling rafters, slab walls, timber floor and corrugated iron gable roof. There are very few huts of this type remaining on the NSW coast.
