A leaf-shaped seal box. The lid features a circular disc divided into two concentric areas. The outer ring is symmetrically inlaid with red and blue enamel fields. The central circular area is inlaid with blue enamel. At the tip of the lid, a V-shaped pattern is filled with blue enamel. Fine notches run along the edge of the lid. The base of box is pierced with three holes.
