A pillbox, a type of defensive structure/bunker built in the UK during 1940/41.
This pillbox was constructed within a Bronze Age (2000~700 BC) barrow, giving greater protection to the firing points in an otherwise flat and exposed landscape.
The pillbox has since been repurposed and has a mobile phone mast mounted on the roof.
