Based on this unused early concept art (?) for Dreamworks’ Sinbad movie that GI Joe made a toy based on back in the day:

I had this toy as a kid and loved the illustration on the box, but can’t find any information on it beyond that (this character wasn’t used in the movie) so if anyone knows who came up with this brilliant design or any other information I’d love to hear it!
