This is a entry for a challenge. I did not create the model, only adjusted 3D viewer settings to get a certain look and feel.

3D Viewer Settings Overview:

• Used a combintation of bloom and tone mapping, colour balance to produce a cell shaded look and feel
• Turned off lit shading
• Used a bit of sharpness to bring out the edges a little
• Converted diffuse for all materials to a value of black / white
• Added animated grain along with a vignette to give it an old TV style look and feel
