Sheep Embryo Neural Tube

This is the sheep embryonic neural tube at Carnegie stage 15 - 16 (36 - 39 days). It clearly shows the developing diencephalon and eye stalks.

These models were generated from real serial histological data as part of a dissertation project for the MSc Medical Visualisation and Human Anatomy programme (2019) by Keiran Tait.
