Final Sci-fi Drone I created, animated and rigged in Blender to get used to the workflow. Model got textured in Substance Painter.

Drone is ment to be a Mining-Vehicle that can mine all types of rocks and materials. It is small to fit better through caves so it dont have to dig big corridors to get to certain veins or structurally unstable fissures where other drilling tools cannot have access to. Face sensors can track down ores within 20m range through solid materials. The frame around the Vehicle prevent it from bumping into sharp rocks that could damage the electronics or small mechanical parts. The drill is based on laser technology so it can cut through all known materials without any noticeable wear and tear. Of course someone could hack the shrone`s config-program and override it so it could be a powerfull companion in battles too but the manual tell u not to since warranty will expire at that point.
