Simple shaft-hole axe found in Hallsberg parish, Närke. This type of axe date to the late Neolithic c:a 2350-1700BC. The shape of this axe has been obtained when the original axe broke across the drilled shaft-hole. The axe was then polished on the sides. On top of the surface a new hole was drilled in the centre of the new axe.
