This animation returns the piece to its original state. It was folded to be put into a tomb in the cemetery of Poble Nou. Type Pescate 1A bronze simpulum, horizontal handle, a wolf’s head on the ring. The handle has three parts in the shape of a rudder and a truncheon. The tomb is dated between 30-10 BC, but this piece belongs to the first third of 1st c BC. It was probably brought by the troops camped in Villajoyosa during the Sertorian Wars (82-72 BC)
