A few 10's of millions years off. This is a Phytosaur; they evolved (as a group - there were many different sorts) between 220 - 200 million years ago; just before the dinosaur and crocodilian archosaurs split into separate groups on the "Evolutionary Tree",
Phytosaurs are NOT related to crocodiles or dinosaurs (even though the appearance of some phytosaurs appear quite similar to crocodiles; this is yet another example of convergence or parallel evolution; similar environments randomly putting similar physical needs on animals and plants living there; making their overall appearance quite similar.......
