city of the future this is sky pebble a city from the future, when sea levels have risen and land is at a premium its sits above the sea and its supporting structures houses the equivalent of a small town each of people. There are three support structures. the one at the front houses just the recycle staff and there families there are no landfills or incinerators here everything is recycled. what is separated and not of use is shipped elsewhere where for use. the other two supporting structures house the working classes and some civil servants. each pillar has hole at the bottom which pulls air from just above sea level. the column also pulls up sea water which is treated and supplies the sky pebble population with water. the pebble itself is 100% solar and being closer to the sun can power more than 3x its own capacity, and sells excess energy..... This city its 100% renewable energy. in the mega city lives professionals and the middle+upper classes, pyramids at the top contain agricultural farming, & parks
