A multipurpose conceptual. retail, commercial office and residential space enclosures. rising high into the sky offering different elevations as it soars upwards. designed around an internal service core which houses elevators stairs and washrooms. This design was conceived using a rectangle offset at intervals to form the floor plates which then change patterns as it rises.
