3 bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, patio and laundry area.

Probably not the typical slum house you’d expect, but this is a model of an actual slum house I once knew, with correct dimenstions.

Unlike my other house models this one isn’t furnished except for very few low poly items, as I was mainly interested in the building.
