Was tasked with making an environment that uses modular assets. I wanted to make a scene of a shrine which was a place of comfort. Focused more on experimenting with texture, especially with different transparency properties, as well as roughness maps. Got a little into Zbrush and working in a high to low workflow, especially visible on the Rabbit Deity’s features.
Style is loosely inspired by Hyperlight Drifter and Monument valley with their sharp edges and a huge focus on the use of colour.
