A clean well-kept instance of Soviet heritage. This model is based on a real house of Novosibirsk, Akademgorodok.Several dozen such houses, located in a quiet place, look pretty nice mainly due to picked paint colors.

• Not game-ready, meant for rendering.
• Blender scene contains the most accurate materials plus interior and exterior point lights. If you prefer, you can reduce polygon count by two thirds by removing “Building_Roof_Shifer_HP” though roof will become less ‘render-friendly’.
• Yea I know residents have to climb through the window to reach the balcony. Less smoking - more sports!
