More model informationA toy model of the soviet Gnevny-class destroyer Gremyaschy, laid down in 1936 and comissioned in 1938. She was assigned to patrol and escort duty in the Arctic and survived the war, taking part in no battles and was later used as a target during nuclear tests at the island Novaya Zemlya in the gulf Chornaya Guba. Due to the radiation she was towed to the shallows to prevent her from sinking in 1957 and her wreck remains there partially submerged.
