Description: The chuck is designed to install a tee during machining on a lathe. Bushings 5 and 7, fastened with a screw 9 and a pin 24, are inserted into the hole f40N8 of the housing 8. To fix the mutual position of these bushings, a spring 6 and a ball 23 are pre-installed in the sockets f5. The lever 3, which can rotate on the pin 15, is inserted into the groove 16H12 of the housing 8. The pin 15 is fixed from rotation by the screw 17. With one end, the lever 3 is inserted into the hole f16H12 of the sleeve 5, a slider 2 is put on the other end of the lever 3. A prism 1 is attached to the slider 2 with a screw 18. The slider 2 can move vertically in the grooves of the guides 14 and 16, which, like the support, are attached to the housing 8 with screws 19 and 21 fixed with pins 25 and 26. The plate 12 is attached to the support 11 with screws 18. A support 10 is pressed into the support 11, which serves as a stop when installing the workpiece. The covers 4 and 12 are fixed to the housing 8 with screws 22.
