It appears in episode 91 “The Rod of Love is Born: Usagi’s New Transformation” And comes along with the cosmic heart compact with their similar apperance. The rod activates with 2 said lines. Known as “Moon Spiral Heart Attack” and “Rainbow Moon Heartache”. Once activated. It is seen with a dark place where the rod was created. Seconds later. The rod zooms out with the sky changed into white dark blue gradient sky, flickering red pearls one by one with the gemstone flickering very fast. happening twice. but keeps the gemstone flickering. After that the gemstone creates sun rays and spins by Usagi. Once Usagi spins with the rod. The rod launches out pink sparkles and then attacks the enemy once usagi stops.
