‘’Spirit’‘, created for the personal game project ‘’Inocência’‘, now canceled.
This is the Lamp Spirit, representing the Killer’s Father, whose death ocurred while trying to bring light to his son’s twisted actions, and illuminate a path of redemption for him. This spirit would walk various zones searching for the player, and serving as a light source because of the lamp.
I was responsible for the Concept Art, 3D Model, Rigging, and Animation.
Every spirit would represent in their animation how they died in the forest, which is the very mind of the killer himself. Ten different spirits were made, but some of them still needed some work.
The game’s camera was supposed to be an Third Person ‘’Over the Shoulder’’ perspective. Since the game was somewhat dark and foggy, it was very difficult to actually seem their models up close, unlike their animations and, sometimes, particles. Therefore, it was decided they wouldn’t have textures, only a dark material.
