This is just uploaded here with materials setup and fbx so it should work in Blender as the ascii file is not supported. Hope it might be of assistance to some out there. Textures are downsized to 2k but if you download the file from intel you can just overwrite them to use the 4k ones.
If using Blender I advise downloading the GLTF version so all the textures are pathing correctly.
