This model was recorded by @headfordlace in Headford Co. Galway. It is the grave of Stepney St. George, who managed the Headford estate and supported the local people during the Famine was buried there but #photogrammetry also revealed that..the inscription reads ..he was laid to rest alongside his wife Frances (Fanny L’Estrange). The south side of the gravestone says “IN MEMORY OF STEPNEY ST. GEORGE OF HEADFORD CASTLE DIED 21 MAY 1847 AND FRANCES HIS WIFE DIED 22 NOV 1843 THE RIGHTEOUS SHALL BE HAD IN EVERLASTING REMEMBRANCE”..”IN EVER LOVING MEMORY OF RICHARD JAMES MANSERGH ST GEORGE OF HEADFORD DIED 2 JUNE 1889 AGED 51 YEARS AND I SHALL GIVE THEE REST”. He inherited Headford Castle in the late 1850s..
