Model of the original medieval wall footing for the east wall of the Great South Aisle at Leicester Cathedral. Exposed during groundwork in April 2022 for the new Heritage Learning Centre. The model shows the original late 13th/early 14th century wall foundation beneath the present wall which was refaced when the aisle was restored in the late 19th century.
