Star Wars Rebels: Ghost: VCX-100 (8K Textures)

The most famous flying diamond in the galaxy, the Ghost was a modified VCX-100 light freighter owned by Hera Syndulla that was featured in the Star Wars Rebels show.

For a simple diamond shape with rockets on the back this took a suprisingly long time to make. It took about 50 hours to model and uv map and about 30 hours to texture.

It was modelled in Maya and textured in the incredible substance painter. It is made out of no less than five 4k textures complete with their own roughness, metallic, normal and emission maps. Do check it out with HD texture mode at the bottom. Five 4k textures with their own layers does lag out substance painter even on an RTX 3070 but it was good to see how far I can push substance.
