The art-deco sculpture depicts a beautiful young woman in a long fitting dress and with a theatrical headdress representing a constellation of stars. The figure raised on an integral plinth.
The figure is based on the magnificent work of Erte. Erte (Roman Petrovich Tyrtov) (1892 - 1990), a famous artist and designer of the 20th century. He has contributed to many areas, including fashion, jewelry, graphics, costume design and scenery for cinema, theater and opera, as well as interior design. Many of Erte’s works are currently on display at museums such as the New York Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Smithsonian Institution.
The total height of the model is 254 mm (scale approximately 1/10).
I printed this model on an FDM printer Lad-1.0 on a scale of 1/7 and on a 1/18 scale.
