Formerly a garden sculpture, this statue of Apollo, God of the Sun, once stood on the south pediment of Duff House, Banffshire.

It is one of six classical gods that also included Minerva, Mars, Bacchus, Mercury and Diana, probably made by Jan Van Nost the Younger (circa 1710-1787) around 1740.
