Steampunk Engineer Basic Model and Environment

This is Sigmund Vinkel, at age 13 he scavenged for tinkering materials from waste products and crafted functional creations. Houttophf [hoo-toff], a well experienced old steampunk engineer – expert in his trade, watched the boy manufacturing his creations and was impressed and invited Sigmund to become his apprentice. Sigmund and his parents agreed to this opportunity and he joined Houttophf to happily learn under him for the next 8 years, growing closer with his master – Houttophf becoming like a grandfather to him. Houttophf had a special project he was secretly creating- something never seen before- He revealed his notes and models to his apprentice, Sigmund, on their 8th year together. Together they worked to bring this tech to completion no matter the cost.

Motivation: to help his beloved master and repay him for the years of training, trust and work Houttophf gave him. This is for an Assessment task for character designing
