The creator was kind enough to enable downloads on the model. I went and fixed it up into a TPose. Reshaping mainly the hand and spine vertices to get things symetrical. Then rigged and manually weight painted this bad boy up.

Planning on using it as one of my test models when building an armature animation system. Happy to have this in my collection of fun toys to play with.
