Composite structure for a vibration-dampening ‘foot’ piece.

Being a deep organic water-tight FE Meshagon of a truncated pyramid shape. This complex shape has multiple thickness struts to accomodate fine and coarse features.

The meshagon is 3D printed in elastomer (controllable material properties) with fill-in rubber-like material. Each material has a different spectral range of vibration properties, allowing tailoring for wide-band vibration isolation.
