“Magic has been outlawed by the grand council after an experiment of conjuration went horribly wrong. A wizard was forced to retreat the confides of the city and flee to the dark corners of the forest. A quaint old tower stands strong where the wizard now resides out of the seeing eye of the council to practice and further his craft.”
