A part of the flat front surface of the experimentally produced piece made of the Rennesøy soapstone. Sawed with a quartz blade for the recorded time — 30s, 60s.

The object was acquired and digitized during the research was funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe train and mobility actions programme under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie grant agreement No. 101153375. Replica is stored at the University of Stavanger and is a part of the postdoctoral project “Technological assessment of Mesolithic portable art in Norway and Ukraine via submillimetre 3D modelling”
