The Alps as an object

3D Model

This point cloud model is created from the Aster data, collected worldwide with photogrammetry techniques (with about 30 m resolution). The elevation is cut at 420 m above mean sea level, showing the surface of the alpine arc as an object. The colors are based on a 90 m radius slope analysis. The downloadable data uses the Swiss reference system 1903+ LV95.
