The Library Ladder Chair

This chair was part of a Ferd Sobol Edition of a miniture furniture. As the name implies this chair can be folded to be used as some stairs.

This is a game ready asset that was modeled, UV, then textured. I even animated the chair unfolding in the ladder than go back.
