Queen Avagard’s Gilded Palace — Layered 1/3

I built this environment as the residence of Queen Verzavetia Avagard and King Daniel De Jaan — a royal couple believed to be descendants of the Devil King, both demons disguised as humans.

Their palace stands on a remote island within the Bermuda Triangle, a mysterious and sparsely populated territory where Jinns live in scattered houses, far from human reach.

This model is modular, designed so you can reconstruct and expand it within your own projects — games, cinematic environments, or other creative builds. It’s intended to integrate seamlessly with my upcoming uploads, including “The 99 Killer City,” which serves as a desert plain backdrop for this series.

Note: Some components were excluded due to upload size limitations. Future layers (2/3 and 3/3) will complete the full city environment.
