This simple diorama was inspired by a book ‘Marriane Dreams’ by Catherine Storr. The story was also televised in the 80’s under the name ‘The Paper House’. It was a chilling tale about a girl with a magic drawing pencil and how her drawings have an impact on her dreams, and consequently on her life. This is an example of a diorama for year 1 students at UCLan Games Design course who complete the diorama project to develop their basic skills in modelling, uv-mapping and texturing.
