During the Battle of Ramayana, the Royal Pavilion (The Red Creek Manor), along with other sites in KheedKhin City, was transformed into a military hospital. Ramayana is one of the two major Sanskrit epics of ancient India, the other being the Mahābhārata. Along with the Mahābhārata, it forms the Hindu Itihasa.
