This scan was done as a way to talk about what it means to recapture existing sculptures/art with basic hardware and done in under a minute.

The original piece called “The Wounded Indian” by Peter Stephenson is a marble sculpture on display at the Norfolk Chryler Museum of Art and can be found here.

I wanted to help convey how ‘easy’ it is for anyone to walk in, pull their phone out, take a bunch of pictures, and rapidly send that information to a cloud service like Sketchfab.
