More model informationThe Thibaudier residence was the official residence of Jules Cesar Claude Thibaudier (1839-1908), deputy director of the Yokosuka Ironworks, and was built around 1869. The mansion was one of the oldest Western-style buildings in Honshu until it was demolished in 2003. The Yokosuka Modern Heritage Museum is modeled after the exterior of the Thibautier residence and displays the original components of the residence and Yokosuka’s modern heritage.
King Post Truss restored using the original components saved from the demolition of the Thibaudier Residence.
This 3D model is a photogrammetry made from 1886 photos. I only used terrestrial photos and not aerial photos.
