Captured using two Ajile Depthscan 3D imaging systems and a precision turntable, this scan showcases our advanced multi-camera calibration, alignment, and stitching capabilities. Point clouds captured from multiple angles are automatically registered and color-corrected to produce a high-fidelity full 3D model of a complex throttle body part. Our system achieves up to 30 μm accuracy and enables real-time inspection-ready scans directly exportable to GD&T inspection software.
