Walking Tiger, Antoine-Louis Barye. Bronze poured into the technique of lost wax. Copy of F. Barbedienne foundry, Paris 1905. It was placed on a marble column. Antoine-Louis Barye was a French sculptor who presented romantically humanized animals as the protagonists of his sculpture. This piece was placed on a marble column in the Vth room (and the last) of the Simu Museum in Bucharest (now demolished). Now is part of the collections of the National Art Museum in Bucharest.
