More model informationPiece of Nasrid art found in the Alhambra museum. It is part of a Nasrid tiled plinth, made of glazed ceramic in white, black, green, blue, turquoise, purple and honey, with lacework decoration with wheels of eight- and sixteen-pointed stars. It probably comes from the Mexuar room in the Alhambra, dating back to the 14th century or the mid-16th century. It was found under the so-called Plaza de los Aljibes, during the excavation carried out in this large area between the great cistern of Tendilla, the Alcazaba, the Mexuar and the northern wall, in the mid-20th century.
