A bit on process for those curious: Made base mesh in Medium -> exported to obj -> brought in as reference mesh in Tilt Brush -> painted details on top -> exported and combined in zbrush (fixed a bit of things with a little bit of move brush) -> rendered passes in keyshot -> painted over in photoshop
