Torus Shape from Calcflow produced in MATLAB

I had a play on replicating the Torus shape in Calcflow into MATLAB.

I used the following functions: x=(5+cos(v))cos(u) y=(5+cos(v))sin(u) z=sin(v) where the range for both u and v is 0 - 4*pi

I changed the colour and transparency.
